(for Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Centre for Policy Research and Analysis)

Pay Level-12 of the Academic Pay Matrix (Pay scale of Rs. 101500 – 167400)
- Essential
Qualification:- PhD in the appropriate branch with first
class or equivalent (in terms of grades, etc.) in the preceding degree,
with a very good academic record throughout.
- Experience:- Minimum
3 years of teaching/research/industrial experience (exclusive period of
doing PhD). However, in exceptional cases of candidates with excellent
academic credentials, this experience requirement may be waived. A fresh
Ph.D. may be considered for the position on a contract basis. Candidates
from Industry (Government/ PSU/ Research Organization) having experience
of 3 years at the level equivalent to Assistant Professor may also be
considered.

(Admission)

Pay Level-10, Initial Basic Pay Rs. 56100/-
- Essential
Qualification:- Master’s Degree with 60% marks. Preference
will be given to candidates with an MBA.
- Experience:- 5 years
experience in a reputed organization relating to Admissions of Students
with good experience in the conduct of CAT/ Entrance exams in an Institute
of repute in Level-8 or equivalent in Industry.
3. Post Name:- Assistant
Manager (Hostels)

- Age
limit:- 35 years as of the last date of Publication of the Advertisement.
- Salary:-
Pay Level-6, Initial Basic Pay Rs. 35400/-
- Essential
Qualification:- Graduate from a recognized University or
Equivalent with 55% Marks.
- Experience:- 5 Years
Experience Working as Hostel Manager.
4. Post Name:- Multi Skilled
Staff (Driver)
- No
of posts:- 1 [ST:1]
- Age
limit:- 35 years as of the last date of Publication of the Advertisement.
- Salary:-
Pay Level-2, Initial Basic Pay Rs. 19900/-
- Essential
Qualification:- Passed 10+2 (Higher Secondary) with a valid
Driving License for driving heavy and medium transport vehicle
- Experience:- 5 years
experience in the relevant area

On Submission of the Online Form, an Application Number will be
generated. All candidates are required to refer to the Application Number for
future reference/ correspondence and communication from the Institute.
All Correspondence from the Institute including issuance of Call
letters for Interviews/Written Tests/ Computer Tests etc. to Shortlisted
Candidates and issuance of Appointment letters to the Selected Candidate(s)
shall be sent by Email only to the Email ID provided by the candidate
concerned.

Form submitted in the Recruitment Portal and forward the same along with the

Superscribed “Application
for the post of ………………………….” on or before 06 November 2023.
Documents received after 06 November 2023 and Incomplete
Applications/documents- will not be considered for scrutiny.
