Age limit
Candidates should not be less than 18 years and not more than 32
years age, as on 1st January 2024. There is a relaxation of 5 years in the
upper age limit for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe
Community.
Further, there shall be no age limit for those candidates who
are already in service of the Meghalaya Government provided they entered
service within the prescribed age limit and they apply through proper channels
with a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the concerned Department.
How to apply for DSC
East Jaintia Hills Recruitment 2024?
Candidates
are to apply and submit their application online mode only from 15th March
2024, by clicking on the link provided on the main page of the East Jaintia
Hills website viz. https://eastjaintiahills.gov.in/
The last
date for online application is on 15th April 2024.
candidates can also apply at any of the active CSCs in the
district.
Fresh candidates will first have to register themselves.
Candidates will be required to supply a valid e-mail ID and a scanned copy of a
recent passport photo (in jpg/jpeg format only not exceding 50kb) along with
their signature at the bottom of the photograph.
Application
Fee
The examination fee of Rs. 100/- (Rs. 50/- for ST/SC who are
permanent residents of Meghalaya) shall be paid through online mode only using
the following payment. The amount once deposited shall not be refunded.
Debit cum ATM cards/Credit cards/ Net banking
E-Challan (Cash Payment)
For persons with PWDs, the application fee is exempted subject
to furnishing of Disability Certificate to the DSC.
